Here is what DockWrench does, and what we leave to you.
Each listing shows the business name, location, service area, services and engine brands the technician provided.
Certifications on a profile are listed by the technician. DockWrench does not verify them, so ask to see proof before you book.
We never publish made-up testimonials. Reviews are checked before they appear, and ratings show only when real customers leave them.
See something wrong on a profile, or had a bad experience? Email hello@dockwrench.com and we will look into it.
When you send a booking request, your contact details go only to the technician you chose. We never sell your data.
Technicians who misrepresent their credentials or business are removed from DockWrench.
Technicians create their own listings and confirm their account by email. DockWrench does not verify licenses, insurance or certifications, and we do not run background checks. Everything on a profile (services, engine brands, service area and certifications) is what the technician told us.
We remove listings that are misleading, aren't marine service businesses, or that customers report serious problems with. Paid placement: technicians on the Pro and Shop plans appear first in DockWrench search results and are marked Featured or Marina Shop. Within each plan, results are sorted by distance or rating.
Make sure the technician covers your marina or dock and works on your engine.
Certifications, insurance or a business license. A good technician will be glad to show you.
Pricing and payment are between you and the technician. Agree on the work and the price before it starts.
